The young man who came to repair my freezer was professional, polite, well spoken, and on time. He texted me when he was on his way, which I really appreciated. Many appliance repairmen just call, and when they don't get an answer, cancel the appointment and I have to call and make another appointment because my phone was on mute, or I was on an important call. It's very inconvenient - not so with TMMT Appliance Repair! So far so excellent!!
